Friends and Family of the WSL – Please join us this Sunday April 30th for a fundraiser honoring the recently departed member of our league, Dave Secia. Dave was a member of the Gibson during his rookie years and played on the Yeti’s for the past few years alongside his girlfriend Carly Kaminski. He was a friend to many and an outstanding ballplayer. He will truly be missed.

Members of the WSL have organized a BBQ & fundraiser in his memory and all the proceeds will be donated to his daughter Makayla’s college fund. Starting at approximately 3 p.m., Breezy will be manning the BBQ at the Gibson and will be cooking up some delicious food as always. There will be raffle tickets sold during the day at the Gibson and at the field.

We’ll be raffling off a variety of prizes after the 5 p.m. games are over. If you have any questions regarding this or if you would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact Danielle LoVaglio Caccavale (D-Lo). Please stop by the Gibson at any point this Sunday to show your support.
