Thanks to everyone who came out to The End of Season Party!! It was so damn good that it got crashed by an enitire marching band!

Special thanks to Jen of 4D Loggers for taking care of the raffle business and to Mike V’s firehousefolks for showing up and helping him out as well! There were peeps from 12 different teams there soaking up the scene at 4th Down and Mike V raised over $1000 for his NYC Marathon run for the Ronald McDonald House!

We all won tons of prizes in the raffles including bar tabs, St. Johns tickets, autographed hockey pucks and Jason Merhaut of Black Betty even went home with this cool futuristic stereo thingy for his iPod!!

As promised, we presented our Commish, Joe Godsy, with an appreciation gift from the league which was an amazing framed personalized baseball card print and a small deck of cards that included all his lifetime WSL stats!

It was all put together by Jude Domski and my friend Mo McGowan from the original PourHouse team. With special guest Cindy from AT providing the Bio. He showed us all his gratitude by signing some of the cards from his collection and handing them out!

Clems, Julissa & Jennifuh Pizza for Soft Spot, & Cesar with Jen10 for the 4th Down Loggers. LA & I were defeated in the 2nd round by those smooth boys from Clems and Jewels & Pizzette eked out a late win from Jen & Big Ceez’ with only minor injuries to spectators due to Cesar’s aggressive block blast-out technique. In the final it really came down to the wire with a good 34-36 block stack going…but Clems stole the prize from the Soft Spot vixens and

went home with a season supply of Clinchers from BQE Sports, as well as a team cooler with easy velcro access from the Gibby’s.
